The content on the Site, including information about universities, courses, costs, scholarships, visas and work rights, is general information only. It is not legal, immigration or financial advice. 4. No guarantees

SS Network gives guidance and helps you apply. We do not and cannot guarantee admission to any university, the award of any scholarship, or the approval of any visa. These decisions are made solely by universities, funding bodies and immigration authorities.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Making sure all documents and information you give us are genuine, complete and accurate. Submitting false documents can lead to refusals and bans, and we will stop working with anyone who knowingly provides false documents.

• Reading and understanding any offer, contract or visa conditions before you accept them

6. Fees

• Our counselling and application services are free for students. We may receive a commission from partner institutions. This does not change the fees you pay to the institution.

Fees charged by third parties, such as university application fees, tuition deposits, English tests, visa fees, the health surcharge, courier fees and flights, are paid by you and are not controlled by us.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, the SS Network name, logo, graphics and design, belongs to SS Network or is used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. Links to other websites

The Site may link to other websites, such as universities and government sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SS Network is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:
